Who we are

This website is run by Webora (Gismar Cerezo), Las Vegas, Nevada. In this policy, "we" means Webora. Contact: [email protected] or +1 (702) 758-2855.

What we collect

• When you contact us (call, text, WhatsApp or email): your name, your contact details and what you tell us.
• When you become a client and fill out our questionnaire (forms.weborasite.com): the details for your agreement (name, legal business name, role, phone, email, address), information about your business for your website, and any message you leave us.
• Business information for free samples: to show a business what its website could look like, we may use its public listing information (name, address, hours, phone, public reviews and photos the business published). Samples are private links that search engines do not index, and we delete a sample when the business asks.
• When you visit this site: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver and protect the site. Your language choice is saved only in your own browser.
• Visit statistics, only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics records pages visited, time on the site, device type and approximate location. It does not run until you accept.
• Payments: we never see or keep card numbers. Payments go through the payment provider on your invoice, under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare samples, proposals, agreements and invoices, build and look after your website, send you messages about that service, keep the records the law requires (such as tax records), and understand how the site is used so we can improve it (only with your consent). We do not use your information for anything else, and we never send you advertising without your permission.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share what is needed with the services that help us run this site and our business:

• Cloudflare (hosting and security of this site, and the questionnaire)
• Google Fonts (the site's typefaces, loaded from Google)
• Google Analytics (visit statistics, only with your consent)
• Google Workspace, Notion and Telegram (our email, calendar, client records and internal notices)
• the payment provider on your invoice (Square, Stripe or PayPal)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the reason we collected it. Questionnaire answers are removed from the online form once your agreement is ready. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for the time it requires.

Your choices: see, correct or delete your data

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Write to [email protected] or +1 (702) 758-2855 (our designated address for requests) and we will answer within 30 days. We will keep only what the law requires us to keep.

Nevada and California residents

Nevada: we do not sell covered information as defined in NRS 603A. You can still send us a request about the sale of your information at [email protected] or +1 (702) 758-2855, and we will answer within 60 days.

California: this site does not change how it works in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals; visit statistics only run if you accept cookies. With your consent, Google Analytics may collect information about your use of this site over time.

Cookies

We only use cookies for visit statistics (Google Analytics), and only if you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Your language choice is saved in your browser and never sent to us.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information: secure connections (https), access limited to the people who need it, and encrypted keys. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affected your information, we would notify you as Nevada law requires.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

Links to maps, WhatsApp, social networks or other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is important, we will also tell our clients directly.

Qué datos recogemos

• Cuando nos contactas (llamada, mensaje, WhatsApp o correo): tu nombre, tus datos de contacto y lo que nos cuentes.
• Cuando te haces cliente y llenas nuestro cuestionario (forms.weborasite.com): los datos para tu contrato (nombre, nombre legal del negocio, puesto, teléfono, correo, dirección), la información de tu negocio para tu página y los mensajes que nos dejes.
• Información de negocios para muestras gratis: para mostrarle a un negocio cómo se vería su página, podemos usar los datos públicos de su ficha (nombre, dirección, horario, teléfono, reseñas públicas y fotos que el negocio publicó). Las muestras son enlaces privados que los buscadores no muestran, y borramos una muestra cuando el negocio lo pide.
• Cuando visitas este sitio: nuestro proveedor de hospedaje (Cloudflare) procesa datos técnicos, como tu dirección IP y tu navegador, para mostrar y proteger el sitio. El idioma que eliges se guarda solo en tu navegador.
• Estadísticas de visitas, solo si aceptas las cookies: Google Analytics registra las páginas visitadas, el tiempo en el sitio, el tipo de dispositivo y la ubicación aproximada. No funciona hasta que aceptas.
• Pagos: nunca vemos ni guardamos números de tarjeta. Los pagos pasan por el proveedor de pagos de tu factura, bajo su propia política de privacidad.

Para qué los usamos

Para responderte, preparar muestras, propuestas, contratos y facturas, hacer y cuidar tu página, mandarte mensajes sobre ese servicio, guardar los registros que pide la ley (como los fiscales) y entender cómo se usa el sitio para mejorarlo (solo con tu permiso). No usamos tus datos para nada más, y nunca te mandamos publicidad sin tu permiso.

Con quién los compartimos

No vendemos ni rentamos tus datos personales. Solo compartimos lo necesario con los servicios que nos ayudan a operar el sitio y el negocio:

• Cloudflare (hospedaje y seguridad del sitio, y el cuestionario)
• Google Fonts (las tipografías del sitio, que se cargan desde Google)
• Google Analytics (estadísticas de visitas, solo con tu permiso)
• Google Workspace, Notion y Telegram (nuestro correo, calendario, registro de clientes y avisos internos)
• el proveedor de pagos de tu factura (Square, Stripe o PayPal)

También podemos revelar información si la ley lo exige.

Cuánto tiempo los guardamos

Solo el tiempo que hace falta para lo que los recogimos. Las respuestas del cuestionario se borran del formulario en línea en cuanto tu contrato está listo. Los registros que la ley nos pide guardar, como las facturas, se guardan el tiempo que pide.

Tus derechos: ver, corregir o borrar tus datos

Puedes pedirnos ver, corregir o borrar los datos personales que tenemos de ti. Escríbenos a [email protected] o +1 (702) 758-2855 (nuestra dirección designada para solicitudes) y te respondemos en un máximo de 30 días. Solo guardaremos lo que la ley nos obligue a guardar.

Residentes de Nevada y California

Nevada: no vendemos información protegida según la ley NRS 603A. Aun así, puedes mandarnos una solicitud sobre la venta de tus datos a [email protected] o +1 (702) 758-2855, y te respondemos en un máximo de 60 días.
