The purpose of this agreement is to protect confidential information shared by the Client with Webora in the course of providing website creation, modification, updates, and maintenance services.
“Confidential Information” refers to any data, content, files, credentials, strategies, designs, or any other information shared by The Client with Webora, whether verbal, written, or digital.
Webora / Site Development agrees to:
a) Not disclose or share Confidential Information with any third party without prior written consent from The Client.
b) Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services agreed upon.
c) Protect the Confidential Information with the same level of care as it uses for its own confidential materials.
Confidential Information shall not include information that:
a) Becomes publicly known without breach of this agreement.
b) Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or competent authority.
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect during the term of the service relationship and for a period of One (1) year after its termination.
Any breach of this agreement entitles The Client to take legal action and seek compensation for any resulting damages.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Las Vegas, Nevada, waiving any other jurisdiction.
In witness whereof, Webora / Site Development has executed this agreement in two counterparts of equal tenor and for a single purpose.
