SERVICE AGREEMENT

Purpose of the Agreement:

Webora agrees to develop and/or manage and process a website according to the Client’s specifications.

• Timeframe:

The work will be delivered within [number of days/weeks] from the date the first payment is received.

• Fees and Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay Webora  a total amount of [agreed amount in words and numbers], distributed as follows:

• [e.g., 50% upon commencement of work]

• [e.g., 50% upon final delivery and approval]

• Warranty:

Webora Provider guarantees that the work will be delivered in functional condition and agrees to fix any technical errors identified within [30] days of final delivery.

• Intellectual Property:

All code and design delivered will become the Client’s property once full payment is received. Until then, the work remains the intellectual property of Webora / Site Development.

• Breach of Contract:

In case of non-compliance by the Client (including non-payment), Webora reserves the right to suspend services and/or take legal action to recover the owed amount.

• Jurisdiction:

For any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.
