Service Policies

Creation of websites from scratch.

Modification of existing websites according to client requirements.

• Ongoing maintenance and updates (technical, visual, or content-related).

Each service will be detailed in a proposal or quote prior to execution.

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary information, content, images, access credentials, and design guidelines.

• Review and approve progress within agreed timeframes.

Timelines are agreed upon before starting each project and may vary depending on complexity.

Delays in client responses or missing materials may affect agreed delivery dates.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin the project.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery.

• For monthly maintenance services, billing is done at the start of each service period.

• Includes 100% of changes or improvements within the original scope. If requested.

• Any additional or out-of-scope modifications will incur extra charges, with prior client approval.

Technical support and updates are available only to clients on an active maintenance plan.

Ongoing support is not guaranteed without such a plan. Unless otherwise agreed.

All information shared by the client will be treated as confidential, in accordance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

• If the client cancels after project start, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If partial work is completed, billing will reflect the portion completed.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all texts, images, and materials do not violate third-party rights.

We are not liable for issues caused by hosting services or misuse after project delivery.

Using our services implies acceptance of these policies.
